Let’s talk about this Iowa weather!

You know the old adage, “If you don’t like Iowa’s weather, just wait a day - it’ll change”? This week - compared to last weekend - is just what they’re talking about (whoever “they” are)!
Ninety-eight in the shade the entire weekend I spent at the Fairgrounds, but upper 70’s during the work week! LOL
Seriously, did anyone else notice what an utterly perfect morning this was? Beautiful, bright, cloudless blue sky, calm winds, and only 60-some degrees. Stunningly perfect!
I know there are locales where this kind of weather happens all the time. I’m glad I live in a state that occasionally gives me the not-so-perfect days, so that I can be the type of person who fully appreciates perfection when it comes along!
