Link Round-Up, August 24
Posted on August 24, 2007 in Link Round-Up by DM
Just for fun, here are links to some of the posts that got me thinking this week.
Steve had his own idea about working on a committee… which didn’t quite work out the way he anticipated…
M.R. Field at Around Des Moines is noticing the significance of the color yellow recently…
Tim at Carpe Factum gives examples of job-seekers taking control of their own job search.
Lots of parents are blogging about their kids’ back-to-school experiences
Leigha’s having school bus problems.
Heather posted photos of her li’l guy off to first grade -
And I am cowering in fear of anticipating some big changes for our family as our 8th grade daughter heads off to Central Academy for (gulp) 12th grade civics, among other things.
And, Larry at Passing It On offers thoughts on the old question, “What’s in a name?”

Thanks for linking me Janet! And for the sweet comments you left on my blog. It really helped me. I feel like a lot of people look at me cuz Jordan’s husky and they don’t think I do anything to try to help him, but I do. And I so appreciate you for seeing that he could just be husky! Thanks so much!
Heather, I’m glad I could help you feel a little better about it, because you are doing so much for him by keeping the junk food away and encouraging him to exercise. Those are the most important things! ~ Janet
