I met the Central Iowa Bloggers!

I had an absolutely fantastic meeting this morning - I finally got to attend a gathering of the Central Iowa Bloggers group! (I have a standing conflict with their normal meeting time on “first Fridays,” but this week my conflicting appointment was moved.)
What a great bunch of folks! I wish I had been able to talk personally with more of you, but at the very least I finally got to shake hands with some of the people I’ve been linking with over the past several months. I was so fortunate to spend time chatting with Sandy Renshaw, Larry Lehmer, Tim Johnson (THANK YOU FOR THE BOOK, Tim… I’m reading it at work! LOL), and Sherry Borzo.
And, I was able to put faces and names together (but didn’t get to chat) with Andy Brudtkuhl, Adam Steen, Rush Nigut, Art Dinkin and I’m pretty sure Doug Mitchell (I know I’ve missed some names - I heard everyone’s name in the first five minutes and am sure I’m not remembering them all!)… … and of course, Mike Sansone who “conducted” all these introductions, and Mike Colwell of Central Iowa BIZ, whom I work with.
It was a pleasure to meet all of you and I really do hope to attend another session soon!
