East Des Moines Celebration of Progress is October 9

east des moines chamber logo The East Des Moines Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring its annual Celebration of Progress On Tuesday, October 9, from 5-8 p.m. at the Knapp Animal Learning Center at the Iowa State Fairgrounds. This year’s event features the theme “Gallery of Architecture,” and will include displays of architectural drawings, models, and other materials related to recent East side developments. Architects will also be on hand to discuss their projects, and the Paul Knapp family will be honored for their support of the Animal Learning Center during remarks beginning at 6 p.m.
