“Hillraiser” Norman Hsu again became a fugitive from justice today when he failed to show at some sort of bail reduction hearing in San Mateo (CA) District Court. There’s a new warrant out for Hsu’s arrest, so when he’s re-arrested he’ll be serving without bail.

It seems pretty simple to me: if you pay your taxes on time, you only owe the tax. If you fail to pay them on time, there’s a consequence: you have to pay the tax plus penalty fees and interest.
